Trinity Furniture is a commercial furniture manufacturer for healthcare, government, education, and corporate locations. Position needed is customer service representative & receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors in person or over the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone or email
- Working with sales team or customers to quote and provide support for products/information
- Following up the quoting process with order acknowledgements & entry
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate recomendations or solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years customer service representative experience in furniture manufacturing related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management
